Terms and Condition for Pre-Order Products
TERMS & CONDITION FOR PRE-ORDER FOOD
- Please note that we close pre-order meals every Wednesday at 15.00. If ordered after Wednesday at 15.00, it will be delivered the following week.
- Food orders that have been received, along with groceries will be sent together after the food has been made.
- The food (ready to eat meal) we sell does not come from us, but from our third parties, so if something untoward happens, it is beyond our responsibility.
- We recommend to immediately consume these foods while they are fresh.
- We do not guarantee that the shipment will arrive at a certain time due to traffic jam, weather, and so on. However, we can provide an estimate upon arrival at your location.

- Perlu diketahui bahwa kami menutup makanan pre-order setiap hari Rabu pukul 15.00. Jika memesan setelah hari Rabu pukul 15.00, maka akan dikirimkan pada minggu berikutnya.
- Order makanan yang telah masuk, bersama dengan groceries akan dikirim bersamaan setelah makanan telah jadi.
- Makanan jadi yang kami jual bukan berasal dari kami, melainkan dari third party, sehingga apabila terjadi sesuatu yang tidak diinginkan, hal tersebut berada di luar tanggung jawab kami.
- Kami sarankan untuk segera mengonsumsi makanan tersebut selagi fresh.
- Kami tidak menjamin pengiriman tiba tepat di jam tertentu dikarenakan adanya kemacetan, cuaca, dan sebagainya. Namun kami dapat memberi estimasi setibanya di lokasi anda.
